The voice actor owns the master recording. You buy a license that specifies exactly how and where the recording can be used. Ownership is never transferred by default — everything is spelled out in the license scope you agree to at order time.

Each license is scoped by use case — advertising, e-learning, audiobooks, games, internal, and so on — with explicit terms for region, duration, and derivative work. You see the full scope before you buy. Need a wider scope later? You can upgrade the license without re-recording.

Consent is revocable for future use, not for usage already delivered under an active license. If a voice actor revokes, the recording is removed from the marketplace and no new licenses will be issued — but the campaigns you've already shipped remain valid for the term of your license.

Union-compatible contracts are standard on the Team tier. For productions that require specific union frameworks (SAG-AFTRA, Equity, etc.), Enterprise includes dedicated licensing counsel to align the paperwork with your production requirements.

Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. Active licenses you've already issued remain valid for their term — cancellation only stops future billing and seat access.

All recordings, licenses, and consent records you've paid for stay accessible. We export everything to your storage on request — masters, stems, license PDFs, audit trail. Nothing held hostage.

Yes. Bring-your-own-talent is available on the Team and Enterprise tiers. We onboard your existing roster, run them through the same consent and licensing flow, and they appear privately in your workspace only.
