Voxifyer Terms of Service

Welcome to Voxifyer. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Voxifyer platform, including the Voxifyer Marketplace, the portal, the licensing flows, and any tooling we provide for organisations and voice talent.

1. Definitions

• Voxifyer, we, us, or our refers to the entity operating the Voxifyer platform.
• You refers to the individual or organisation accessing the platform.
• Voice refers to a digital voice asset listed on the marketplace, owned by a Voice Talent.
• Voice Talent refers to the natural person whose voice is licensed via the platform.
• Client refers to the buyer of a licence to use a Voice in a production.
• Order refers to a contractual unit covering a specific Client production using a specific Voice.

2. Account & eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or have parental consent if required by your local jurisdiction). Voxifyer reserves the right to verify your identity (Didit identity check) before commercial activity is enabled.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voxifyer to (a) infringe intellectual property rights, (b) generate content that is unlawful in your or your audience's jurisdiction, (c) impersonate any person without prior written consent, (d) train external AI models on platform data without an explicit licence, or (e) circumvent any technical or contractual control on the platform.

4. Voice licensing

Each Order issues a licence with explicit usage rights — region, duration, usage type, and project type. Licences are not transferable, are not resaleable, and do not grant any right to retrain or reuse the underlying Voice outside the agreed scope. Specific scope clauses appear in the Order contract.

5. EU AI Act compliance

Each Voice on Voxifyer carries a versioned Voxifyer Voice Agreement signed by the underlying Voice Talent. Generated audio includes labelling and metadata identifying it as AI-synthesised where applicable. By placing an Order against an AI Voice you accept the labelling obligations downstream of you.

6. Payment & wallet

Voxifyer operates a credit wallet system denominated in credits. Top-ups via Stripe are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. Subscription bonuses, where they apply, are credited at top-up time per the active subscription tier.

7. Talent earnings

Voice Talent earn a 20% revenue share on the base Voice fee, the licensing component, and the talent premium where applicable. Production services (engineering, mastering) are excluded from this split. Earnings are paid out via Stripe Connect on a monthly cadence.

8. Cancellation & refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to the contract-acceptance state with full refund. After contract acceptance, partial refunds are subject to the cancellation matrix in the Order contract.

9. Privacy & data

Voxifyer processes personal data according to its Privacy Notice. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time via /settings.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxifyer's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement is limited to the amounts paid by you to Voxifyer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Voxifyer against any third-party claim arising from (a) your use of the platform in breach of this agreement, (b) content you submit or generate through the platform, or (c) your distribution of generated audio outside the agreed licence scope.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the active version pin (e.g. 2026-05-01) increments and you'll be prompted to re-accept on next sign-in. Existing contracts continue to honour the version pinned at the time of contract acceptance (grandfathering).

13. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Stockholm.
